The hotel was fairly clean, the staff were helpful. The guest room was big with comfortable beds, so that guests had essentials. This accommodation was in the very central location in a galleria on the right. The place was reasonably priced...

The breakfast here was awesome! They had a nice selection of fruit 🍎, cheeses 🧀, and meats 🍖.

Truly enjoyed a work desk, a multi-channel television, and a sitting area in the room. The staff was helpful and very attentive on arrival and throughout the stay. Besides, the location was unbeatable for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Old Market Magdeburg.

the location offered was magnificent near to the train station, and the pedestrian area. it also was in the centre of town.

The hotel was reasonably priced and exceptionally comfortable. the restaurant was good for dinner, I tried hot dishes. the location was favorable and absolutely perfect, just 5 minutes by foot from the downtown area.

Beautiful breakfast but too expensive in my opinion...

The location was perfect, with the hotel situated right in the heart of the city and just a stone's throw away from the main railway station. The room was spacious and clean, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The bed was extremely comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including real maple syrup. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with convenient light controls by the bed and a large sign facing the river, making it easy to find at night. We had a fantastic time and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Location couldn't be any more central and convenient, close to everything

Old cheap towels, no air conditioning in rooms, no bath just a shower, small pillows, couldn't get a double room had to accept twin.

Rooms were definately not 4 star. staff and cleanliness was not quite up to par.

The stay was really comfortable for a business trip, we ate in the magnificent restaurant for dinner which was reasonably priced.

In rooms at front street, you must be prepared to enjoy the sound of the trams in early morning and late evening.
